Printing fault

I started to print ( hotend on 230C ...I'm using PETG ..and it's enough ) .
I sliced with Slic3r to convert a .stl to gcode and that is the result:after 10 seconds of printing...or less..
and forced to stop everything...
I calibrated the motor "E" : M92 X160 Y160 Z160 E98
I used 98 after some try to extrude 100mm of filament at 5mm/s of feedrate...in order to get 100mm of filament out.
I don't know what I did wrong....
....it's possible that I sliced wrong and created a wrong file (with bad parameters?)?

Did you calibrate your extrusion settings with the cold extrusion method? ( Unplug the ptfe tube, cut the filament flush to the extruder output, cold extrude 50mm to 100mm, cut again, mesure, adapt, etc)
Filament torned like that at the beginning could be bad calibration of extrusion steps, clogged hot end or too fast printing for the extruder design. (There's a lot of clearance on your extruder picture)

That's a poor extruder design. It should have a guide between the toothed wheel and the output port, to prevent the filament buckling at that point. This is especially important for PETG, which buckles more easily than PLA does.

not with cold extrusion....I fixed the temperature of the hotend to 180 to unlock the extrusion and unplugged the ptfe tube...and started to measure as you say -

If you have some spare hardware laying around and a working printer I can recommend the not so tiny titan extruder.

I used it for quite a while and performed about as good as the real titan I eventually replaced it with. It even has a constrained filament path. It was printed in PLA and held up very well. Even the gears. In fact, there were a few things about the printed clone that I liked better than the actual titan. For instance, taking it apart is more modular than the real titan.
