Simulate Fails - Not enough axes are homed

Within the gui, I right click and simulate a file that was uploaded with slic3r PE and sometimes it says something like this:

M37 P"mount6.gcode"
Simulating print of file mount6.gcode
Cancelled simulating file mount6.gcode after 0h 0m simulated time    
Error: G0/G1: insufficient axes homed***

This is in the console in the web. Sometimes it does work, and sometimes it doesn't.
