Your video link doesn't work for me.

Did you check the size of the DuetWiFiFirmware.bin file?

At 1:41 in the video SAM-BA reported "Sent file and memory do not match". So programming failed.

Please try using Bossa instead. Instructions are at the end of https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Installing_and_Updating_Firmware#Section_Fallback_procedure_Num_3.

Yes, DuetWiFiFirmware.bin or Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin from the 1.21 release area is correct for that Duet.

What happens if you write the firmware using Bossa, but after that click Verify?

do the windows drivers need to be loaded before the port will be recognised after flashing?

could that be why it isn't being recognised afterwards?

I would expect Device Manager to report "Unknown device" if the Duet was detected but no driver for it was found. You do have a couple of unknown devices showing, but they are flagged "Dispositivo base del sistema" which according to Google Translate means "Base device of the system".

If i try to install de driver in the ports you can see nothing happen, i don't know what's that but is not the due because if i plug or unplug the Duet that ports still there and if i install the Duet driver an error message appear.

Thank you, Bossa is getting verify errors, just like SAM-BA did. Please ask your suppler to replace the Duet under warranty.
