Un-used channel, PT100 Daughter board

Do I need to terminate the un used input on the PT100 daughter board, only using one channel 2 wire pt100 sensor for the hot end

You don't need to do anything with a PT100 or thermocouple channel that you are not using.

Ok thanks. I was asking because I saw a photo of the daughter board with a resistor in one of the inputs and my daughter board came with a resistor.

The resistor is to help you test the daughter board if you have any problems.
