Do I need to level shift tx & rx from 5v to 3,3V ? Or can I just rearrange the plug from PanelDUE to match the pinout on AUX 1 on the RADDS board.
Just rearrange the plug wiring. The signal levels on RADDS are 3.3V AFAIK, but in any case Panel Due is 5V tolerant on the data pins.
