Delta not staying consistent height across entire print bed
-
I am having an issue where my delta’s carriage drops/Burries the nozzle into the bed as it travels to the outer radius. Attached is a picture of the mesh bed image. Any tips on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

This indicates that M665 L and/or M665 R is wrong.
L should be the length of the diagonal rods, measured from "joint center to joint center". For example, if the rods have rod-end, it would be to the center of the opening. If they are mag-ball, to the center of the spheres.
R is the HORIZONTAL distance from the effector joints to the carriage joints. It is much harder to measure.
Also, be aware that M665 could be in config.g, and/or config_override.g. If you have a config_override, at this point, until you get the L and R in better shape, I'd erase it.

You need to perform delta calibration. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Calibrating_a_delta_printer#Section_Setting_up_your_initial_delta_parameters and https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Calibrating_a_delta_printer#Section_Auto_calibration.
