A method for Inserting degree ° symbol into text using Intel Arch 'PC' computers, --press and hold left Alt-Key, then via num-key-pad enter number sequence 248, then release Alt-Key (symbol is encoded in BIOS Table)

Today in LA, Ca, USa, the temperature was 26.6°C / 80°F and it was a bit muggy too.
