I keep running into a small issue where my prints are taller then they should be.. should be 20mm but prints at 20.7mm

using 0.4 nozzle, 0.25 layer heights
first layer is 0.4 thick for petg
      running grid compensation
      Using Simplify 3D

I double checked my Z calibration and when I tell it to move 30mm it does move 30mm
doubled checked my over/under extrusion and its very good, dimensionaly im accurate on X & Y

      cant figure it out.

@adamfilip Is 0.25mm an even layer height for your z axis?

You can use this calculator to figure out what your optimal and minimum layer height is. The layer heights you use should be a multiple of your minimum layer height.
