Try homing the printer and then send the following commands alternately:

          G1 Z100 F10000
          G1 Z50 F10000

That will test whether the speed and acceleration limits that you set in config.g are appropriate and working.

Thx so much for u reply. The Z work completely when its not printing. But in the print, it just print with xy and the Z dont move, i see layers number not going up to, its like 50% of the gcode done and i. Layer 1.... and theprint like a disaster.

Please try that test. The speeds (F parameter) are deliberately very high and you may not have tested that yet.

PS - also, after starting a print and getting this problem, run M208 to check that the Z movement limits are still correct.

                      1. Have you checked that when you command the Z axis to move by (for example) 50mm, it really does move that amount and not by some lower amount?

                      2. Please provide us with access to a GCode file that shows the problem.

I'm glad you got it working.

If the fan fuse blew then you probably connected the fan the wrong way round, or the fan was rated at a lower voltage than the power supply voltage.

To find a replacement, try searching eBay for "1A mini blade fuse". Here are example listings from eBay UK:
