duet wifi and http problems
-
I upgraded to firmware 2.0 with web interface 1.21.1. I cannot connect to my duet. When I try, I get this message Your Duet rejected the HTTP request: page not found. The wifi has to be manually started with command m552 s1. I upgraded using duet2combinedfirmware.bin, duetwebcontrol-1.21.1.zip, and I dowloaded duetwifiserver.bin, which had no change as it was still 1.21.
What could be going on? It's as if there is no firmware or the updated firmware bricked the device. I say that because the fan on the extruder is not running. By the way, after the upgrade it was running fine. I turned off the printer and upon power on this all happened.

It sounds like you upgraded from a pre-1.19 firmware version, so you don't have the web interface files on the SD card. You need to extract the contents of DuetWebControl.zip into folder /www on the SD card. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Installing_and_Updating_Firmware#Section_Upgrading_a_Duet_WiFi_to_firmware_1_19_or_later_from_1_18_2_or_earlier.

I upgraded from 1.21. I pulled the sd card out and loaded it on my mac. I cannot see the card either on my mac or pc. Is it possible the sd card shit the bed? Because that would make sense with wifi not turning on and the hotend fan not turning on. In other words, the board can't read the card. I've never had this happen before to any sd card.
If the card is in fact bad, how do I rebuild another one?

Yes it's possible that the card is bad. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Firmware_Overview#Section_SD_card_structure for the required structure and a link to the files.

Yup dead sdhc. New card is working appropriately. Thanks.
