Steps per mm work on z axis but not on the rest Delta Printer

when asking my delta XL printer to up on z-axis 10mm it goes up 10mm(well 9.9mm)
but if I ask it to move across the plate on a 300mm diameter disk it reaches the edge after 60mm and also lifts up about 10mm. whats wrong here

Your rod length and/or delta radius in the M665 command is a long way out. Set the rod length correctly, then calibrate the delta radius. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Calibrating_a_delta_printer.
