I was running a 24 hour print and after about 18 hours I experienced the following situation. I was connecting to the web interface, but I found this triggered a full reset as if an Emergency Stop was triggered. I found resume.g and resurrect.g were present, and I attempted to resume using M916, but this seemed to result in the possible destruction of parts of my print carriage. I did an Emergency Stop, but I'm expecting to find major damage when I get home. Hopefully my brand new Precision Piezo wasn't damaged. It looked really ugly on the web cam. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with port forwarding port 80 to my Duet from outside my house. I have never seen anything like this since building my CoreXY. However, I have seen odd things happen that could be attributed to power fluctuations. I have other things around the house that normally give an indication if the power dropped out. But I suppose it's time to install a UPS for the printer. I have used resume before when I ran out of filament with no issues. But this time the we b interface showed no "Resume" button, or any indication print was interrupted.

      edit:

Yep, snapped the Precision Peizo groove mount top clean. May have saved the heat break? $15 on Thingy to order two printed for me. I could totally reconfigure it back to a limit switch and print myself but it's not worth the hassle. Could be a 10 day wait though 😞

If you ever get an unexpected reset then you should run M122 and save the reset data and stack trace from the report, to determine the cause of the reset.

Before using M916 to resume a print, you need to have set up resurrect-prologue.g and tested the resume mechanism.

Thanks, I had created resurrect-prologue.g, but clearly it wasn't sufficient.

Any idea what the best material is to print the Precision Piezo mounts? I was thinking maybe Taulman 910? That is after I get back the ABS part I ordered printed.
