Stall detection custom actions

Hi, I would like to setup a stall detection for the extruder, that would slow down the print and increase the temp, would that be possible? Something like R4 instead of R3 that I use on X and Y

That could be done, but how useful would it be? How much should the print be slowed, and how much should the temperature be increased? Why wouldn't you be using the higher temperature to start with? What if the extruder stalls a second time?
You can already configure a pause on an extruder stall, and manually increase temperature or reduce speed.

Maybe ability to run custom macros would be enough, like r4 would run stall4.g and so on
