Part number references?

I ordered a Maestro for my Ender 3, and the board just arrived. One major difference with Maestro is it comes with no parts at all. Is there a good parts reference somewhere on Duet Wifi? I'm guessing I will be robbing my spares from my Duet WiFi for the Maestro install. It would be nice to have exact references (even Amazon links) so I order the right parts. I find those tiny connectors very confusing to deal with. There are so many variations. I'm hoping someone put together a BOM on Goggle docs or something with URL's. This is the sort of thing that makes paying the premium price worthwhile, if you can get after sales help. Unlike Bangood et al.

Are you aware of obvious choices to add WiFi to Maestro? Ethernet dongle? I have no problem with a WiFi extender with ethernet ports, but wondered if there is something I'm missing that's plug and play. That or I'll use the confuser as a bridge. There are so many ways to do it, but I wondered if there is something I'm missing. I've got a spare Raspberry Pi with WiFi too actually, but it doesn't have ethernet.

Thanks, looks like a "travel router" is probably the answer alright.
