Panel due 5i broke

I recently purchased a paneldue 5i and the screen looks to be broken. The colors are all wrong. It's been like this out of the box. (http://imgur.com/gallery/jER1uox)

Do I need to return it or is something I can do to fix it?

I think it's not showing any red; but to confirm this please post a picture of the Setup page, because that page has colour scales on it for diagnosing this sort of fault..

Yes, the colours are definitely not right. Please ask your supplier to replace it.
