I seem to have damaged PWM fan port 0 by short cutting it (small spark 😉 ).
After that a voltmeters shows 9V instead of 12V when setting port to 255, but the fan is not running at all.

Fortunately all other ports work fine. So I remapped the parts cooling fan to port 2 and the printer is running again.

Question: Is there any possibility to repair pwm port 0?

You are certainly not the first one! Damaged fan mosfets cause by fan shorts are the most common way for users to damage a Duet. The 1A fuse we added in later revisions protects the PCB from damage, but the fuse isn't quick enough to protect the mosfets.
