Are there any 3d printers on the market that come running Reprapfirmware out of the box?

Is this going to happen? Maybe with a Duet board inside?

With the market being so competitive you'd think some manufacturers would want to at least offer this as an option, to make their machines sexier....

Here are some printer and printer kit manufacturers using Duet boards in their printers, in no particular order:

        Fusion3
        Tractus 3D
        3D Platform
        SeeMeCNC
        Ultibots
        M3D

There are others I know of who haven't expressed willingness for us to say they are using Duets, and probably some more that I have forgotten about or don't know about.

Impressive. And basically USA-based (so off the radar).

          Had long been wondering, thanks!
