I am experiencing an issue where the extruder works while printing but will not prime the extruder at the beginning of my prints anymore and also I cannot manually extrude filament from the DWC. The extruder is up to temp and is set to active. I don't get any errors in DWC and it acts like it is extruding and shows Drive 0 changes every time I pick the extrude button.

All of this was working a few days ago so not sure what I did wrong. All I did was add another extruder tool in the Config.
Doing a search I found some people that had simular problems and tried their fix but noting works.

I have tried manually sending M83 although that is at the beginning of my config. I have also tried setting M584 X0 Y1 Z2 E3:4

Here are some sections of my config.

I love the typo in the title. Don't fix it please.

That's almost as good as the "issues with DuetWife" from a few weeks ago. I know my real wife complains about my DuetWife all the time.

I sort of figured it out last night at about 1am..
              Duet Wifi
              Firmware 2.02
So after fiddling with the config, and checking printer wiring I decided to come back to it the next day and just start a print.
Then I noticed that the print was not printing right. It appeared that it was printing in spiral mode as the nozzle kept getting higher and higher from the bed as it was going around the print on the same layer. By the time the first layer was done it was about 5mm from the bed but the Z height on the DWC showed 0.24. So I tried changing some settings in S3D thinking I messed something up in there that usually is not turned on but still the same thing.

So here is what fixed everything, as a last resort I decided to reinstall the firmware. Bingo everything is working again. No idea why or what could happen to the firmware to cause this but now the extruder purge works again and I can manually extrude and retract from the DWC.
