Broken SD?

Hi Duet,
A little while ago the 3D printing workshop I work at ordered a few duet boards and one of them didn't work so it was tossed to the wayside. I am trying to get it in working order but the SD slot is broken I believe. Is there anything Duet can do?

If the problem is the SD card socket itself, it can be replaced using hot air SMD rework equipment.

We don't have access to that kind of equipment, may we send it to you to be repaired?
