Yesterday I wired all my delta printer and made configration for it.I have couple of problems.
      (sory for my english)

1)There is no voltage in always on fan pins.

2)I have motor idle noise that ı cant solve it
(0.9 deg and 2A. Running in 1500mah with 24 volt power suply)

3)I designed my printer to use sensorles home but when ı try to home it doing this(Turning a little bit and stops every time and it says unsupported command: M915 X Y Z S2 F1 R0)

As far as the idle noise, it's hard to tell, but you have a worst case scenario to generate noise, metal on metal on a thin plate- you could install dampers to help and you can also reduce the idle current slightly.

Regarding the voltage on the always-on fan pins, is the 1A fuse intact? Sorting the pins together will blow it, so might connecting a fan the wrong way round.

You've started another thread on the sensorless homing issue, so please use that thread if you need more help with that issue.

It's an older Duet (rev. 1.2) without the fuse. Use a multimeter to check that there is continuity between the +VIN terminal and the VIN side of the fan voltage selection jumper. A short on a fan output typically fuses a via in the PCB trace connecting those two points. If it has fused, it can be bridged using a wire on the back of the board.
