I'm curious if it is possible to re-map a drive during a move via a trigger/condition.

My goal is to have two drives which move in the same direction. If I tell the machine to move in say, Z. The first axis should move until it hits the limit. And the 2nd drive should move the remaining distance.

(Closest comparison would be a telescoping mechanism)

I'm hoping it's as simple as running a macro when the limit switch is hit, to re-map the drive. But doubtful.

The M584 command to map drives waits for all movement to complete first.
