STOP button not always working

I have noticed that the STOP button on the PanelDue does not work when executing a macro.

It should work instantly in almost all cases provided you are using Duet firmware 2.02 or later and the latest PanelDue firmware.

@dc42 I have a macro with a lot of G1 moves, its like an endurance test of many many hours and the STOP button does not work while the macro is running, While the physical emergency stop does work as intended.
Now I am on 2.01, I will update to the latest firmware ASAP.

You need Duet firmware 2.02 to make PanelDue STOP work instantly, and PanelDue firmware 1.22.1.
