      Can someone help me?
      I would like to know if the laser filament sensors are also related to the tool so if E1 is in operation only this will be activated.
      then where do I have to connect the laser sensors on the Duex5?
      I have 5 laser modules and 5 extruders.

        Laser filament monitors work per extruder. When you are not using an extruder, there is no movement to monitor so they are not normally active.

        You can connect filament monitors to the 5 endstop inputs on the Duet and the 2 endstop inputs on the CONN_LCD connector, but not to the ones on a Duex. So if you are using a Z probe to Z-home the printer (so there is on Z endstop switch), you can connect your 5 filament monitors to the Z, E0 and E1 endstop inputs and to the two on CONN_LCD.

          On the Duet I have all stepping drivers and limit switches occupied by x y y z z.
          On the Duex I hbae all 5 extruder connected and on the PWM_5 the Bl-Touch.
          The laser sensors of you need a power supply can I put this on e2_stop to e6_stop?

          where can I then connect the z-probe?

            The BLTouch is the Z probe. But I guess you are using dual Y and dual Z motors, with one homing switch per motor.

            As I said before, filament monitors cannot be connected to endstop inputs on the DueX. This is because those inputs are routed through the the I2C bus.

            If you are not using any PT100 or SPI daughter boards on the DueX, then if you made some small changes to the firmware source I think it should be possible to connect 4 filament monitors to the daughter board connector on the DueX.

              I have occupied all PT100 places.

              so can I take all the endstops on the duet for the 5 monitor and the 5 enstops on the duex for the 5 endstops of the axes?

              where does the z-prob come from?

                Yes that's possible, but only with the 2.03beta firmware. In that firmware, the M574 command has been extended to allow axes to use different endstop from normal.
