    @yatinsd, that's the correct voltage. i wondered whether one of those inductors/ferrite beads might have failed.

    The NRST pin is active low, so +3V should be high enough to prevent it from resetting.

    Perhaps you should check continuity between the data dna ground pins on the USB socket and the USB and ground pins on the microcontroller.

        @dc42 is L6 at 1.2v correct?

        Yes, L6 is between VDDOUT (which is the 1.2V output from the on-chip regulator) and VDDPLL.

        Are you sure that the connections between the USB pins of the MCU and the data pins of the USB socket are OK?

        I'll try erasing firmware on one of my boards and check the clock.

          @dc42 i have checked the voltage on v bus the voltage is 1.02v. DDP & DDM are continuous with pin 137-36 respectively. usb ground is continuous with controllers ground.

            @dc42 did you see the clock after erasing the firmware?

              I see the clock whether or not the firmware has been erased. It's about 200mV peak to peak on C45.

                  I suggest you check the soldering of the clock pins of the MCU, to make sure they are soldered to the pad and not shorting against each other or to adjacent pads.

                  You did fit the new MCU the right way round, didn't you?

                    @dc42 the processor is in right orientation. I have got this thing soldered by a professional, and I myself have verified that its touching the right places! can the clock go bad in this??

                      @dc42 I have tried everything! But not been able to resolve! Can I send it over to you? Or any other thing?

                        Yes, if you like. But if you have already checked the soldering and that there is power to the MCU, I'm not sure what I would be able to do that you haven't done already.

                          Can it be replaced or something? I purchased this on 24 Feb 2018 and it came to me on March 10. Issue started just around those days(around 1-2march 2019)!
