      Pretty sure it is not possible, but I'm wondering if you can control the speed of the always on fans.

        No.

        Check the schematic but fairly sure it's vfan on one side and ground the other.

        Running 3 P3Steel with Duet 2. Duet 3 on the shelf looking for a suitable machine. One first generation Duet in a Logo/Turtle style robot!

          I think I've seen other people use a heater pin as a PWM fan pin before.

              You could connect a resistor in series with the fan.
