Individual lead screw baby stepping

Wondering if there's a way to do baby steps for individual lead screws? I have a fairly large format printer I have four lead screws that I would like to be able to babystep individually. The mechanical leveling and mesh leveling doesn't get it as close as I would like.

Possibly, if you had each lead screw on a separate motor and driver and they were configured as separate axis (which would be weird), and using 2.03 firmware.

@dc42 yes I have it setup that way now but would like to be able to babystep each leadscrew individually. This is on a four leadscrew setup each independent 1000x600 bed so by the time it gets to the far end of the bed I have the close end good but sometimes the far end is out a couple of mm.
