@dc42 I sure would love to! I have a corexyuvab utilizing 4 leadscrews, two independent gantries and heads. Would love this capability.

Wondering if there is documentation I am not finding on idexx machines. I have my dual gantry dual head corexy printing and was wanting to start a dual head print in ditto mode. But I'm not finding the documentation on it.

    • Individual lead screw baby stepping

Wondering if there's a way to do baby steps for individual lead screws? I have a fairly large format printer I have four lead screws that I would like to be able to babystep individually. The mechanical leveling and mesh leveling doesn't get it as close as I would like.

    • RE: Heater error mid print - how to restart

@dc42 Has this changed at all? It would be nice to have it pause and only stop heating the heater that faulted not the bed. Can this be changed somehow? Also if it was a true pause instead of timing out and going away after so long would be awesome as well. Most of the time the print stops in the middle of the night and I don't wake up early enough to get to it. I don't see any reason for making it time out or having the other heater stop.

@owend of it was stuck on because of a hardware fault shutting down the board wouldn't resolve it either.

Wondering what the max temp is for the toolboard 1lc can handle, also Wondering what an ESD failure would show for signs of this type of failure. Have a printer with sporadic Extrusion similar to if the can cable had a sporadic connection. But have verified the can cable.

@SputnikOC3d @dc42 did we get anywhere with this thread? I'm running into the same issues with a tool board in a heated chamber. Is there a way to check to see what the driver temperature is?

    • RE: Sensorless homing with dual Y motors.

@dc42 I was only able to get them to work together on a home by creating a second axis and hiding that axis and homing them together.

    • RE: Sensorless homing with dual Y motors.

@Phaedrux Ya I created a new A axis and I used to could use M201 but I guess they implemented 201.1 now for homing. I was able to get this resolved by creating the new A axis and using M201.1 to slow it down on homing. Thanks!

    • RE: Sensorless homing with dual Y motors.

@Phaedrux said in Sensorless homing with dual Y motors.:

      M201.1

3.4.5 and M201.1 is that new? because 201 doesn't work like it used to. I used to use M201 and M205 so now your saying I need to call M201.1 I also got both axis working by specifying my second Y as A for it's axis and then hiding it and reclassifying it in my home file at the end.

    • RE: Sensorless homing with dual Y motors.

@Phaedrux I have done all of this. Literally one motor spins on the first home sequence and then the other motor spins on the second sequence. So I am only getting one motor at a time on homing. Also to note I have modified my config.g a little and it seems to have made things a little more consistant. config (3).g working on uploading the video to drive now since I can't directly here because of the size.

    • Sensorless homing with dual Y motors.

I have a custom build I am working on that is utilizing dual Y motors on a duet 3 and expansion board and toolboard. I have all of the firmware up to date on each of the boards. I am trying to get my sensorless homing resolved and found out that every other time I home with Y it only uses one Y motor and swaps to the other Y motor every other time. I have uploaded my config.g and my homey.g I also have video showing it doing this. Any ideas?
