Is it possible to make a manual bed compensation with duet?
A regular g29, just manual for each point?

if you choose no z-probe it will go through the auto probe steps, but display a jog screen on the web interface (and on the panel due if you have one) so you can adjust the bed up and down for each point with a piece of paper or something.

        Sweet!
I currently just use a normal endstop at z min..
So i should just enable mesh compensation, with no z probe? 🙂

Yes, with the Z probe type set to "none", which is P0 in your M558 command in config.g.
