wifi works but wont connect to dwc

ok i need some help with this issue i just got into 3d printing about 1 month ago, got printer and upgrades put everything together and now im stuck, so got wifi up and running, i go to connect to dwc and i get:
duet cannot connect, check to see if sd card mounted and if all files are in /www folder, opened up yat put in m39 it says "no sd card mounted" then i put m21 in and it says" cannot mount sd card 0: code 13,
ive read different articles and found possible bad sd card slot: does any one have any thoughts. thank you for your time

Does the card show up in your computer?

@phaedrux yes i even got another card and loaded all files a it and that card could not be mounted either

Sounds like a bad sd-card slot?

Does it remember your wifi settings and such across reboots?

@bearer no i have to start my wifi everytime, no problems restarting tho

My money is on bad sd card slot. "Good" news is that if that is the case it will be likely replaced under warranty when the admins drop by and have a look.

It does sound like a bad SD card slot. I suggest you ask for your Duet to be replaced under warranty. If it's a genuine UK-manufactured Duet, see https://www.duet3d.com/warranty.
