Custom script for filament runout sensor

I’d like to implement a laser filament runout sensor for my setup. As I understand the M591 which is used for the config and by default it calls the pause.g script. Is there a way to change the script that is called when the filament runs out? I need to retract about 100mm to be able to get the rest of the filament out, on the other hand i dont want to retract everytime i just hit pause during printing. Cheers!
