      Hey Guys,
i did the PID Tuning for my Heatbed and my Hotend and both wokred fine. There was no Errormessage and i was able to save the Parameters.

My Heatbed is working pretty well but if try to heat up my hotend ist overheating about 10-20° and a Error is showing up: Falt on Heater1 Temperature is exceeded

I tried to do the PID Tuning again with a lower P (0.1), but with this Parameter i cant finish the Tuning cause my Targettemperature isnt reached. The Tuning worked fine with P0.15 but i cant print with this stats.

      I got a Duet2 Ethernet and a orginal E3D Hotend.

Heater tuning is normally run at full power. If you are able to run heater tuning with P0.15 then I suspect that your heater is way overpowered. Are you using a 12V heater cartridge with 24V power?

Is it possible to use this Hotend with 24V power or did i have to replace it?

It's dangerous to run a 12V heater on 24V power. If that hot end uses a heater cartridge, you can replace it with a 24V cartridge.
