Can't run homex.g with M98

  • I am trying to run homex.g via M98 and it seems to produce the following error:

    12:00:39 AM
    M98 P"homex.g"
    Error: G0/G1: insufficient axes homed

The contents of the file are

; X axis homing file for dc42 Duet firmware
    G91
    G1 Z4 F200 S2
    G1 X-280 F3000 S1
    G1 X4 F600
    G1 X-10 S1
    G1 Z-4 F200
    G90

I can run the contents myself with no issues at all. It is only when I try to invoke with M98 does this issue arise.

    Does G28 X work?

  • I think I may have solved it. Missing S2 on the second last line. That'll teach me to work on this stuff so late at night and tired.
