cr-10s upgrade to duet 2 wifi motors and ac 750w bed problems
homing files?? where are they
You should really read the first line of you config file.
think i found them ; Example Homing file for RepRapFirmware on delta printer
M117 Use https://configurator.reprapfirmware.org/ to set up your printer config
;G91 ; use relative positioning
;******* Change F250 in the following line to F2500 when you are finished commissioning
;******* Change 320 in the following to a higher value if your Kossel has taller towers
;G1 S1 X320 Y320 Z320 F2500 ; move all carriages up 320mm, stopping at the endstops
;G1 S2 X-3 Y-3 Z-3 ; move all carriages down 3mm
;G1 S1 X6 Y6 Z6 F250 ; move carriages slowly up 6mm, stopping at the endstops
;G1 Z-5 F2000 ; down a few mm so that we can centre the head
;G90 ; back to absolute positioning
;G1 X0 Y0 F2000 ; centre the head and set a reasonable feed rate
i have used the reprap configuration tool and as far as i know i uploaded it to the duet is that what u mean ?
Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin is the file i believe
@jobesynoob1234 yes, it seems that you did upload it wrong, maybe into the g-code page and not into system.
Pleas post what firmware version are you running (Main firmware, Wifi Server and Web Control)
@jobesynoob1234 No it is not, this is a file for updating the firmware, not configuring it.
Firmware Name: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet
Firmware Electronics: Duet WiFi 1.02 or later
Firmware Version: 2.02(RTOS) (2018-12-24b1)
WiFi Server Version: 1.22
Web Interface Version: 1.22.5
Pleas post the zip. file what you are getting from the reprap configuration and make some screens how do you upload it.
how do i upload the firmware because its saying i cant upload it in that format
i mean how do i post it sorry
M665 R105.6 L215.0 B85 H250 ; set delta radius, diagonal rod length, printable radius and homed height
M666 X0 Y0 Z0 ; put your endstop adjustments here, or let auto calibration find them
thats a delta printer configuration.
please discard all your configs and start from new with the configurator
oooops that sounds like a big mistake what will i do now ????
do i select the corexy?
no cr10 is cartesian.
i used this video for reprap tool https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6nqddfxHla0
Read through the online documentation. Therw is a guide for setting up caryesian printers:
Have a general read through the documentation here too:
please bare with me i believe i have a mix of adhd and autisum so i tend to jump ahead of my self and miss steps but also some documentations i have read leave parts out and its thoughs parts that can get me confused so im sorry if i stress any of yous out and thank you so far i will re do my reprap and will be back
@jobesynoob1234 it's easy enough to miss the piece of documentation that has the right information for you when new. My posts were intended to help, but their brief nature probably came over as being snappy. Not intended.
hi again well re-did my reprap and heres the new config.g

all motors home but my z still sounds energized and doesnt back off the endstop switch
have a look at you homeall.g
it explains it
; Uncomment the following lines to lift Z after probing
;G91 ; relative positioning
;G1 S2 Z5 F100 ; lift Z relative to current position

uncomment mean removing comments not adding them.
so remove the ;
yip thats one of them confusing parts with me using marlin
i did that and it now lifts but i can still hear power going through it is that normal
