My duet wifi has been working, and now its not

Hey there,
Quick question for everyone, so I've had my duet wifi for a few months now, i've been printing to it over wifi for most of that time. Today I fired up the system, went to connect and... nothing. I can't get through to the static IP i set for the machine. All the lights are on the board, (blue, red, green, and blue again on the wifi card). Then i tried plugging a USB and It's not popping up in the ports list on computer. I've tried a few different cables and a few different ports and computers, nothing.
We did recently have a power outage, do you think that would have something to do with it? it seems like indicator lights are all happy, not sure how to diagnose the issue if i can't communicate with the board. Any ideas?
