Logging into the Duet web shop

Hi Guys

I just tried numerous times to log into the web shop using my account from my normal location normal pc etc etc

when i tried to log in i got the following message :

Warning: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.

I'm like Eh? my password was auto saved in my browser and i know i haven't changed it, so i thought ok i will request a password change, just in case

Did that and still getting the same message.

cleared cache, cookies etc etc, tried a different browser, tried a different pc , tried on my phone etc etc and still nope.

Any idea
