      Hi,
My Maestro board was working PERFECTLY, just as advertised. I went for lunch, and when I returned, it seems to have lost all connectivity - ethernet AND USB. I can't ping the IP address, and (of course) the browser can't open the web interface. I've checked the router DHCP table, and the correct MAC and IP addresses are there. As for USB - well, YAT tells me that no com ports are available.

Any idea what might have gone wrong?

Are the red 5V and green 3.3V LEDs lit? See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/What_to_do_if_your_Duet_won't_respond.
