Duet wifi : not responding 3.3v LED blink once, wifi not working

Could be short with broken thermistor wire, 3.3v LED blinks once while switching on, then goes off, wifi not working, SD card is working in PC ... 3.3v power rail could be the issue? how do I repair , which are chips needs to be checked or replaced...need help

Physically I couldn't see any chip damage / burnout , all looks perfect..
other 2 LED are lit (+5 and VIN)do we need to replace the fuse? / U2

Made the board working by feeding external 3.3v, solved

Is anything getting hot? Check the processor, WiFi module, and SD card in particular.
