Duet3: M999 does not reset expansion board(s). Nor does "Emergency Stop" in DWC (which is sort of expected, given it uses the same command under the covers).

Specific symptom: Start a long move (G1) with steppers attached to expansion board. Issue M999. Main board resets... stepper runs smoothly. Also certain counters in M122 B1 don't reset.

Perhaps just "not yet implemented". Still I thought you should know.

And/or early adopters: Have a power off E-Stop handy, the button on DWC won't stop expansion boards.

If you physically short the "reset" pins on the main board does it stop the expansion board?

          Correct.

No, it does not. The main board reboots, the expansion board cruises along.
