immediate driver-disable when not in use
-
Hello!
Just for context - I am working with a large scale concrete printer. I am trying to find a better way of controlling a mixing pump, that pumps material into the printhead.
I basically want to enable a relay every time the extruder starts and turn off the relay as soon as the extruder driver is not extruding anymore. I have access to the enable signal through a duex5 expansion board.
I though I could use the enable signal that is present on the breakout board, however this enable signal does only switch polarity once - then stays the same.
Has anyone an idea if there a way to generate a simple on / off signal that correlates with driver moving / not moving?? -

Thanks, that does indeed look like it could help. I'll try that!
