      Hi, quick question:
I just wired 2 Z axis stepper motors and when I tested them - one goes clockwise and the other counterclockwise. I assume the board sends the same signal from the driver trough the pins and cabling to the stepper motors. So what can cause this and how can it be remedied?

Assuming they are plugged into the Dual Z ports on the Duet?

Pick one motor. If the pins in the connector (at the board end) are 1234, make them 3412.

Then test. If they are both going the right way, done. If both are now going the wrong way, reverse just the Z axis driver in the config.g file.
