Can't login in Duet3D shop

I don't know where to put this thread so I put it here.
I can't login in the shop site as it always say: "Warning: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password." while I can login in the forum.I already did several password reset and every time it gives me the same error (and I copy pasted the password to avoid errors in typing), I tried to login last night and the again tomorrow, so it's not even a "too many login attempts" error; I'm obviously already registered as I purchased a Duet Maestro last year, the registration email was sent to the email address I'm trying to use to login (and I still have a copy) and when I request a password reset I receive the password reset link.
So what's the problem?

Have you tried refreshing the page? The forum software was updated yesterday.

Yes: I did ctrl+F5 too and I get the same error. =(
But I don't have problems on the forum (I'm writing right now) : I have problems on the shop.

I sent an email and received no response then, due to lazyness and, after that, COVID, I let one year pass, I tried again and I have the same issue, I sent another email and still no response, I sent one to sales@duet3d.com too and no response...
I tried again a password reset and still the same problem even with the new password.

That's odd: I use Thunderbird as an email client.But now the problem is solved thanks to you: I changed the password, logged out and logged in again and it works!
