Mesh Bed Compensation Mountain Range
-
Running DC42's IR Probe Mini over an aluminum bed. Bed is massive, it's the FT-6 720x350. I heated it up to 90c for testing after doing all my probe calibrations.
I am not getting very consistent readings at times. It can vary .03mm at in areas. Not sure what to do from here

what surface are you using? glass?
did you read the guide https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/mini-height-sensor-board/ ? -
I did read it, it's not a shiny bed, it's brushed. Does that still require a coating? I tried probing with/without blue painters tape on it to test it and got similar results.
