      Running DC42's IR Probe Mini over an aluminum bed. Bed is massive, it's the FT-6 720x350. I heated it up to 90c for testing after doing all my probe calibrations.

      I am not getting very consistent readings at times. It can vary .03mm at in areas. Not sure what to do from here

          I did read it, it's not a shiny bed, it's brushed. Does that still require a coating? I tried probing with/without blue painters tape on it to test it and got similar results.
