Let me start by saying that I only vaguely understand PID math, I am trying to configure the PID values for my heated bed but I am unfamiliar with gain, time constant, and dead time. My previous PID values were Kp 426.68, Ki 78.92, Kd 576.71 Can I enter these values or convert them to the format that the duet uses to control the PID?

Ahh, this explains how to use the legacy settings, I think that should achieve what I am trying to do. Thank you for the link, I was reading a different tutorial that didn't cover legacy settings at all.

I think it would be worth going through a tuning cycle to compare to your legacy values.
