Hi, I built a DIY hypercube and i experience some trigger height variations on my BL touch.
When probing on left side of bed, Z height is 0.96 and on right side 0.46.
Seems that head has a little tilt when traveling from left to right. I tried to mecanically fix that but it's really hard for me to do.

Is it possible to compensate Z trigger height ?
      Thanks you.

try lowering one side of the of one of the y bars slightly and see if that changes it.

i think that there is a slight twist between the 2 x bar holders.

With my laser, i aligned the two Y bars. But i still have a trigger height of 0.92 at left, 0.64 at middle, 0.48 at right side.
I don't know how to manage that.

                thats a nice tool.

but i suspenct the misallignment is on the steel bars for the x gantry.
that is why i suggest to lower or raise one of the y corners, even if thats not alligned with the laser.

After a lot of small adjustments (on Y axes), i have something better but still not consistant :
                  Trigger height :

                  Rear left 0.47
                  Rear right 0.46
                  Middle left 0.48
                  Middle 0.40
                  Middle right 0.48
                  Front left 0.52
                  Front right 0.59

Funny you say this, ive got a CR10 and im getting the exact same problem. variation is almost a whole 0.1 on some probes.

So as a test ive turned the probe off and using my z endstop. Z doesnt trigger cause the printer thinks that z0 is about 0.5 above the z endstop.

I'll try to fine tune geometry of the structure, but it's not easy as we're talking of 0.5 to 0.1mm...
Isn't it possible to apply in the config a "dynamic correction" on Z trigger height ?
