Print Issues

  • Not that this is primarily a DuetWifi issue some adjustments might help! I am suffering from a print quality issue which seem to stem from simultaneous X,Y axis movements. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3xnkoYqsiGyMUMyNUpxdFZrVE0

As you can see from the hopefully attached links the benchy suffers from the misaligned layers, the Tower does not? These were both printed with exactly the same settings. I have tried lowering acceleration and max speed but to no avail. I still get the same result. Any suggestions welcome?!

  • It looks like it could be an overextrusion issue. I would calibrate the extruder and maybe up your motor currents if you hear or see the xy motors skipping. Zwobble is also another likely problem. I would look up your printer and z wobble fixes and check them out.

    Hope this helps
