      Does the Duet automatically detect the type of hot end fitted? Just set up a Maestro and in Machine Control, tool heater 1 came up as being an E3D V6 without me giving that information. Furthermore without running PID the set temperature holds plus, minus 0.2 degrees, is that just a bit of luck.

        No auto detect, but the defaults generated are for "most common" setups.
