      Hello today i normaly run my printer ,and then a moment when stepper start some weird sound and i check on interface and i see that problem Error: Short-to-ground on drivers 3 4. and took down heat sink and on driver 4 is small hole on driver 3 one pin with help of multimeter show that is connected to Gnd. i want to know how it's with E3D if they will swap for new or how it's whit that?

      I bought Duet2Wifi with Duex5 24.9.2019

        a hole would suggest a somewhat acute failure, and the root cause would probably dictate terms for replacement; I'd add some pictures and whatever else could be relevant to understanding the circumstances of the event. (supply voltage, ambient temp, config file, etc)

          Supply voltage is 24V ambient temp is normal around 20 25 degree config file were working normal before that last run.
