I just noticed that the printhead on my delta printer is stopping/slowing down for a very short amount of time, which is causing artifacts.

Is there a segmentation setting or something on Duet 2 mainboards to prevent that?

What type of printer is it? On Cartesian and CoreXY printers, a common cause of movement not being smooth is that mesh bed compensation is enabled but the Z jerk limit is set too low to permit smooth movement.

It's an Anycubic Predator delta printer

Unlike almost all other firmwares, RRF doesn't use segmentation on delta printers.

Is that a Z seam, or is it in the XY plane? It's hard to tell from the photo.

I'm actually not sure. The photo is taken from the side. It really looked like the printer was stopping for a very short time to load the next instructions.

Was it starting and stopping the layer at that point? If so then it will have stopped XY movement for a short while in order to raise Z by one layer height.

I have no idea, the print is currently in progress. I used Prusa Slicer. Is there any way to figure that out?

Looking at other places in the print it seems like a Z seam. I'll let google search figure out the solution
