      Hi,

Just about getting my upgraded Kossel Pro dialed in. I have just printed a 3DBenchy and it has come out really good in PETG. I was using relative extrusion, pressure advance set to 0.1 and I reduced my retraction from 5mm to 3mm. Printing was very impressive and clean but I noticed my extruder was clicking quite a lot. I am using a BondTech, geared extruder (the best in my opinion) and I am assuming the clicking is from the gearbox as the pressure advance is commanding rapid reversals in direction. Although this is not too concerning at the moment, I wonder whether it will have any detrimental effect over a long period of time if I continue to use PA?

OpenBeam Kossel Pro, Duet WiFi, 5" PanelDue, BondTech extruder, E3Dv6 1.75mm Hotend.
